Climate: Tropical climate with plentiful rainfall during the SW monsoon and fairly high temperatures throughout the year. The high season between late Oct and the end of Apr is hot and dry with occasional showers and calm seas. The low season between May?Oct has longer periods of rain, rougher seas and high humidity. Showers tend to be short and sharp and, as the islands are small, pass over quickly.
